Trullo del porticato is a very elegant modern style trullo renovated in summer 2022.

it consists of 3 very spacious bedrooms with 7 beds. two double bedrooms and one bedroom with three single beds, each with private bathroom.

a large kitchen / living room, which offers all the necessities for your stay with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, a large fridge / freezer, as well as all the common utensils and crockery necessary for his guests.
Outside we find a large porch with a lunch / dinner table and an aperitif for your warm summer evenings, with a beautiful view of the 40-meter swimming pool surrounded by our olive groves.

the swimming pool is equipped with a small beach for the safety of the little ones.

under the porch we find another bathroom with shower, inside you will also find the washing machine.

Rules of the structure

• Smoking is not allowed
• Check In must be made after 3 PM and Check Out by 10 AM
• Any damage to the structure will be charged to the guest
• Please leave the property clean and tidy
• Upon arrival, a deposit starting from € 250 is required
